Teeth Whitening
Over the counter teeth whitening products often contain the same bleaching ingredient (carbamide peroxide) that your dentist uses. The ingredients in home teeth whitening kits aren't very concentrated, however, so it may take several weeks to get good results. Teeth whitening in an office is most expensive, costing usually $600 to $1,200. A more affordable approach may be to use a home-bleaching kit offered by your dentist. The cost of home bleaching, which includes the materials and consultations with your dentist, will run about $300 to $500.
