Financial Aid

Most students and parents will need to turn to financial aid to pay for college. Financial aid may consist of scholarships, grants, loans, and work-study programs. The financial aid process typically begins with the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid). This is the only application form you must file with the federal government to apply for federal and state student grants, loans and work-study. And, the FAFSA is the application which colleges and universities use to determine eligibility for federal, state, and institutional awards such as loans, grants, and work-study.
