Freight Forwarders

Freight forwarders are hired to help manage cargo transportation between destinations. Freight forwarders have the expertise that allows them to prepare and process the documentation and perform related activities pertaining to shipments and international shipments in particular. A freight forwarder will manage the commercial invoice, shipper's export declaration, and other documents required by the carrier or country of export, import, or transshipment country. Freight forwarders use computerized systems to manage much of the complexity and improve accuracy and timeliness.
