Corporate Governance

The term corporate governance represents the processes by which companies are directed and controlled. Corporate governance spells out the rules and procedures for making decisions on corporate affairs and provides the structure through which the company objectives are set, as well as the means of attaining and monitoring the performance of those objectives. In other words, corporate governance is the way companies are directed and controlled. corporate governance is also about the way people behave corporately and individually and it is about the relationships between companies; their directors and employees and the wider stakeholder community.
